The Opta and CBP have determined that ‘tell-a-friend’ services on websites are allowed under certain conditions.
in short the conditions:
- The communication should be the initiative of the Internet user (without pay / benefits).
- For the recipient it should be clear who sent the email.
- The sender has complete access to the send message.
- The website may not store email addresses or use them for other purposes.
