‘tell-a-friend’ regulation by the Opta

The Opta and CBP have determined that ‘tell-a-friend’ services on websites are allowed under certain conditions.

in short the conditions:

The communication should be the initiative of the Internet user (without pay / benefits).
For the recipient it should be clear who sent the email.
The sender has complete access to the send message.
The website may not store email addresses or use them for other purposes.
