Add current user to the vboxusers group
sudo usermod -a -G vboxusers $USER
(do a reboot, to be sure).
Download the latest: “Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack” on
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
Add our USB device to the guest, by adding a usb filter.
