[lang_nl]De Opta en het CBP hebben bepaald dat ‘tell-a-friend’ diensten op websites onder bepaalde voorwaarden zijn toegestaan.

in het kort de voorwaarden:

• de communicatie moet op eigen initiatief van de internetgebruiker geschieden (zonder beloning/voordeel).
• voor de ontvanger moet duidelijk zijn wie de e-mail heeft verstuurd.
• de verzender heeft volledige volledige inzage in het te versturen bericht.
• de website mag de ingevoerde e-mailadressen niet bewaren of voor andere doeleinden gebruiken.
